My journey began with my own struggles with nervous system dysregulation, gut issues and hormone havoc. Through years of dedication and healing, I transformed from being overwhelmed and fatigued to feeling energized, mentally clear, and balanced.
Today, I use my personal experience and professional training to help high-performing women break free from burnout, balance their hormones, and reclaim their vitality. I specialize in nervous system regulation, gut health, and hormone optimization—offering a functional medicine approach to get to the root cause of chronic issues.
